AIT FAQ

Q:  What is the difference between Classical Berard AIT Practitioners and other AIT Providers?

A:  Practitioners certified through the Classical Berard AIT Foundation are held to the traditional methods of AIT as developed by Dr. Guy Berard.  Practitioners undergo intensive training, are overseen by advisors for an extended period of time, and are reviewed yearly during a re-certification process to ensure they are adhering to best practices utilizing the methods Dr. Berard created.

Q:  What is the difference between Classical Berard AIT and other AIT Programs?

A:  While there are versions of AIT that have been altered in the pursuit of convenience, Dr. Berard, the founder of AIT, believed it was vital for a Practitioner to be with the Client to oversee the process and ensure best practices for AIT are followed.  Dr. Berard also found filtering peak frequencies to be the most effective method for optimal outcomes.  We adhere to his guidelines for the greatest benefits.  This includes following his guidelines for children's activity during the sessions, performing an intake analysis at the start of every session, and monitoring the Client carefully during their sessions.

Q:  Do you have to complete an audiogram to complete AIT?

A:  An audiogram is not required to complete AIT; however, it is a very helpful and valuable tool when Practitioners are creating programs for individuals.  Audiograms allow Practitioners to determine which frequencies are the highest priority to filter and also allow for progress to be monitored during the ten day therapy.  In the event an audiogram can't be completed, Practitioners are trained and equipped to create the best program for their clients.
